A new Chinese takeaway in Worcester has been approved after planning law changes were introduced. Tianxia Chen, a Chinese takeaway operator, has applied to open the restaurant on Astwood Road, Rainbow Hill. The application was delegated and does not require a councillor to ratify. However, some residents were concerned about the impact on the local community and the lack of parking space. Some were also concerned about the use of their driveways as turning areas.
