Caprinos Pizza plans to open its first store in Ellesmere Port soon. After a successful application to change the use of a vacant premises on Marina Drive, the chain is now gearing up to open a second store in the town. The council's public health team was unhappy with the takeaway business proposal because of the high obesity rates in the region. So, they changed the application to a restaurant. The new restaurant would have a capacity of 28 seats.
